If you are an authorized mobile device management (MDM) user, you may download mobile apps for your iOS or Android device. To get started, please follow the two steps listed according to your device type:

Agency owned Android users will need to perform a factory reset of their Android device after migration. This KBA also includes steps on how to export and import your Android contacts. Note: After you have exported your Android contacts, you must factory reset your device, enroll your device with Intune and log in to your Outlook profile before you import your contacts. |
